I’m a UK based EFT Practitioner & Personal Expansion Facilitator. So what can I tell you about me that will help paint the picture of who I am… I’m a self sufficient, multiple business owner, with a digital consultancy (ZoDigital) & a partner in a start up. I love making pottery and helping people heal and unlock their ideal lifestyles as I have done - moving away from daily panic attacks, fearful hustling and toxic independence into beach side, connected, flexible, fulfilled living.

I have a special place in my heart for those who’ve had to climb steep mountains, carry trauma, or come from hardship yet have that firey hunger like me.
